Education and our attitude towards it

Education is most important in life. its means physical, social and moral development. the process is divided in formal and informal one, though informal education have importance, formal education in today's world is equally important. Formal education further divided into vocational and non vocational education. non vocational education though help in your social, moral and physical development, it doesn't help you in establishing you economically whereas vocational education contributes largely in establishing you economically. vocational education means you need not only to learn knowledge but also skills in your course of education and these skills you can apply practically to earn livelihood. For example if you want to learn computer cloud networking , database management, python programming , yoga, mindfulness meditation , physical fitness exercises or techniques for psychological healing so , these are skills which you can learn through a four or six months course and you can use these skills in future to earn money. There are lot of skills based courses, trainings programs and vocational learning programs through which you can learn those skills and earn through these skills. Now a days you can learn many skills online by watching YouTube videos or joining websites or through buying online courses from Coursera, khan academy, preply, Allison etc. There are lot of computer software and hardware courses which maje you skilled in databases or computer language programming and these are most demanded skills now. by learning these courses you can perform in various fields and earn money. vocational education has a large scope which is being increased day by day.

focusing on career growth

Salam and hello 

 What we need most in life. Peace of mind so always try to comfort yourself physically and mentally. Meditation of different kinds like mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, transcendental meditation play important role in healing and decluttering of mind. Just meditate and take full rest and sleep. Eat less but try to eat healthy. That's good.

                       Everyone needs to learn how to meditate. or how to perform mindfulness meditation or transcendental meditation. It is a method of relaxation and relief to oneself. So sit quietly and fold your legs and arms in a comfortable position. Shut your eyes, be calm yourself and just take breath slowly and silently. Focus your attention on your nostrils and feel the rhythm of your breath. Be quiet and silent for about 15 to 30 minute than relax and leave the position.

                               It makes your mind calm, composed, organized and relaxed and also makes you physically and mentally healthy and it also provide you comfort and peace.  It is good for those who try to pursue their career goals or acquired education of any kind. Meditation may help learners and students worldwide and make them healthy and fit for pursuing the goals of education. It also affect positive on body and make person more active physically. It is sometimes compulsive for mental health. Deep breathing exercises or meditation sometimes instantly comfort you when you want to relax or need calmness and peace.Continuous or regular meditation nay brings unbelievable awesome results. so far focusing on your education and career goals, you must stay fit and physically as well as mentally healthy, for this you need to pay attention on your wellbeing and must eat healthy and exercise or meditate regularly. So that you can keep your focus on your career goals and on targets of your education.
